Background: She worked in the Health Care Industry and Government sector for many years. She bravely faced the tests of time and decided to channel all her energy towards empowerment of under-privileged young girls in society. She started out by making her home a haven for them. Later along with her Team went on to build CSS into a well-orchestrated NGO. She cherishes every moment working for the organization. She is a woman of eminent strength and courage.

Educational Qualification: Technical Diploma in Electronics and Communication    

Her experience in the technical field including working at a Defense Research Lab as a technical officer and associating Missile projects for a persistent period of time proves to be an asset in executing her duties in CSS. She is passionate about enriching the lives of women.

Educational Qualification: Masters in Social Work from Madras School of Social Work  

Background: She had been a part of the inceptive team of Sahaya, Madras — an anti-suicide cell volunteered as a social-worker in NIMS, Hyderabad for a short time. Her enthusiastic efforts in promoting awareness regarding significance of mental health among the lesser known, Joining CSS was the culmination point of both her professional and personal fields of interest in her life. She is an inspiration for many women who are looking to advance in life.
